Paid Marketing Expert

KDP Digital Publishers is seeking a performance-driven Paid Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital ad ecosystems and a strong ability to translate data into actionable strategies that drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing.
  • Proven success managing performance-based campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and other analytics/reporting platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • MBA in Marketing or a related field (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Bing, and other digital platforms.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing, refine audience targeting, and adjust bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in the digital advertising landscape.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to align ad creatives with campaign objectives.
